Elaina Seyfang Miller is the example of an attorney fresh out of college looking to destroy innocent people's lives. With little to lose, as she has only been practicing for 2 years, she is desperate to make a name for herself and destroy anyone who comes in the way. She does not go off facts or evidence, but off emotion as I have seen the way she behaves first hand in court when things are said she does not agree with. I would suggest not using her, as she is what they would call a "public pretender" or defender.
