Never answer me after they speak to me over the phone they say they will try to assign me to someone and then I never receive answers one time I even got a email with the name of somebody else in it .

My representative was Jacalyn for my separation case. When I first came to this attorney office I was skeptical since it was free through the VA in the assistance that I would receive in the process. In the past, I had represented myself and done my own investigation which got me no where and where there was a lot of moment on the back-end that I did not realized I had to do to have a successful case. Jacalyn was very supportive, encouraging, through, and understanding of my situation even though it was a very unique one. She always kept me up to date on my case, and gave me the inside information I needed to be successful in aligning with what the Board needed from me to better understand my circumstance. I recommend this office and my legal team to anyone that thinks they may have a shot a getting a discharge upgrade, but need a more professional perspective to apply in speaking on your behalf.
