The worst. Anyone but them.

I used Morgan and Morgan and after they insisted I use there doctors, they dropped me and stuck me with a $3000.00 bill and I could have used my Medicare and it would have been free but they told me not to.

Workman's comp was just the beginning. I do thank the team that helped me for their hard work.

Wish I could leave no stars. Morgan and Morgan are only in this business for themselves. Do not believe any of their false advertisements. They only worry about clients that have huge settlements if you are just trying to get your hospital bills paid they will drag you through the mud. Also they will change your lawyer and account manager multiple times throughout the process. I spent more time catching up my new lawyers than anything else. Also do not expect any communication unless you call or email them. It was simple horrible the way my case was handled. Also many of their lawyers and account managers have attitudes and are very disrespectful when they spoke with me.

WORST ATTORNEY SERVICE! Scams. Go with someone else. I was told to get treatment at a facility I knew nothing about to receive a bill for treatment I told them I never received. They only care about themselves. They don’t communicate or return calls after initial visits. You are not informed of anything as long as they get 33% of your money. They don’t care about clients. Please don’t waste your money like we did! I promise you, it is not worth it! I switch case managers and found out my attorney switched without anybody telling me. My attorney basically told me don’t tell the truth about the providers they sent me to. I hate this place. Now I’m waiting on a manager to call. We will see one calls. I was also sent to specialists who recommended treatment I never got but I was told if I didn’t continue to fake PT sessions my insurance would not pay. Good thing I eventually got fed up and quit cause I’m over the limit by an additional 10k! Never was told this! Just please try another firm! Don’t trust these people!

Intake people great and complaint department looks into issue with no resources or resolution, bottom line small value case can be disregarded by lack of diligent .

I've called my case manager twice, left messages, been about 3 weeks now and still no return phone call. My attorneys voice mail box is full and I can't leave a message. No clue what's happening. I'm about to switch my case to F&F because the lack of communication is unacceptable.
