Tried reaching out to my case manager for three weeks just to get an update on my case and what to do. Had to call the main branch to finally get an answer and my team was very dry with me when I just wanted to know if my case was active or dropped. This will be my last time dealing with this law firm, the time that was wasted could have been spent getting a personal lawyer or reducing my medical bills.

They say they are for the little people but that is a huge lie! They don't want to help the little people at all They are there only to cherry pick the easiest cases that they can make the most money from. Definitely would not recommend!
