Please note that the Case Manager Stephanie, is very pleasant. However, I have not been able to download the app that was given, which is not her fault, but it keeps me from communicating. I love the case manager i have. She’s literally the sweetest person ever and I love how understanding she is. I love Morgan and Morgan also because they are taking their time with my case to make sure everything is correct and I love that.

Every time called in someone else was working in my case and then they got locked out, of their program and told me to call back and then said they were going to have to start over again after the 2nd time of this happening I said forget it. worst experience ever. more of a headache then anything

I left a negative review in November 2022 pertaining to a lack of communication with my case. My lawyer called me about my poor review and he insured me that he would call me once a month and update me. It was more like once every 3 months that he called me. When I confronted him with his lack of communication he denied my accusations. that he had called monthly. I asked him to prove me right or prove me wrong. He immediately changed the subject. I hope I will never need a lawyer again, but if I do I will Not hire Morgan and Morgan again.
