Received a call about my case within minutes. They wre able to answer my questions. I found out that I would have to hire a civil attorney for my case because the at fault driver did not have bodily injury insurance and I did not have uninsured motorist insurance.

2 outta 5 cases no issues. 2 workers comp ones.. quick to take & poor settlements but fairly fast win. Last few... horrible. Car accident, paralegal excepted without my permission money, screwed case & no other attorney would take afterwards, called & lawyer took her side..funny she doesn't work there anymore now, got shafted on a hit & run, my disability, after 2.5 yrs, they just quit, never spoke, I'd call, leave messages, to only get them calling back with a message saying this is regarding your call...with nothing else, no answer to the questions nothing, then they just quit the case cuz they feel after all that time of fighting I wouldn't get it, said they would file for reevaluation from a qualified disability doctor, never did..just dropped me like a bad habit. Last one is that data breach one, never heard nothing more after filling out form. Seems like if they can't get a bigger pocket then they don't wanna bother with you or your case. Hell I broke my back on that accident & had spinal implant cuz I can't do anything, in pain 24/7/365. But due to my age everybody feels I'm capable of sustaining a normal life, when some days I can't even put on a pair underpants. I would recommend other attorneys! I would have chosen them on this recent accident but due to the way they handled my hit and run I feel I would be shafted again by them so I chose another firm this go around.
