If I could leave zero stars I would. I could go on and on but I won’t just know Mowry is not only NOT A GOOD PERSON, horrible horrible attorney!!!!!

My name is Jonathan Durst and I lost my vocal cords to cancer, I called Morgan and Morgan today using text-to-speech and I got hung up on 3 times due to the rep thinking i was spam, before I talked to anyone. After asking 3 questions I was told that they do not handle my KIND of case. I have been fighting this situation 14 years and with 3 questions the rep decided that I was unworthy. I listen to John Morgan on TV says everyone matters. I called back 10 times trying to make a complaint and was told that they wouldn't even transfer me to a supervisor. John Morgan LIES on TV when he says everyone matters. His phone reps are rude and they really don't care about people with disabilities.

This is the second case they have did for me..I will always use them I'm happy and satisfied with their work thank you Morgan and Morgan

I am very pleased with the handling of my case. My team has been compassionate and understanding of my situation and responds in timely manner. Also have been kind and patient with me in my times of frustration. Lol. Thank you guys. I feel I made the right choice by calling Morgan and Morgan.

Haven’t talked to anyone

I hired this firm August 2023 to represent me and was assigned Atty; Kimberly Matthews. I was just abandoned by her as I await an upcoming scheduled hearing on my case. She has removed herself from my case after failing to look out for my best interest and after I communicated that I expected her to fix the failure. She failed to provide me with pertinent details of a settlement I should have been apprised of BEFORE asking me to agree to a settlement. She failed to provide me with the opportunity to make an FULLY INFORMED decision to settle. Had this ridiculous info been given to me, I would have adamantly said NO to it. She only provided me this ”bait and switch” type info when I was asked to sign the agreement, after obviously minimal work was done on her part. I feel that my case was treated as a planned quick turn over for money. When I communicated my disappointment in providing me with this info and that I expected her to be present at the hearing and fix the mess you lead me into, I get her prompt email response with her stating she‘s removing herself from my case. My hearing is set in a couple of weeks! This could have been avoided if she had simply provided me with info I never knew existed until it was time to sign on the proverbial dotted line! Morgan & Morgan shame on you for allowing your attorney to abandon a client she failed to properly represent by providing pertinent settlement details prior to getting a client to verbally agree to. She instead is supported in abandoning a client, who trusted her. I am left, on my own, to fight to fix HER failures which resulted in getting me to verbally agree to an agreement that most would not. I don’t leave many reviews but this firm has caused me great harm and ask for prayers to help me get out of the mess their attorney led me to then abandoned me. ***They can brag about the 55,000 positive reviews on THEIR website because they require an access code to leave one, Hmmm, I wonder why none of the many negative reviews they have out there don’t show up on their website but can be found throughout other review sites including the BBB? I gave them a chance and my trust was betrayed!
