Have not heard from my case manager when I ask her the status of my case

I really and truely wish I would have came to the reviews before I hired Morgan n Morgan!! Everybody is saying the same thing because it is true!!! They don't care about us,I see that it's medical bill after medical bills and they don't answer your call or even get in contact with you! This is ridiculous. My new car is ruined I'm injured and I can't even get a call or answer I'm ready to change

Happy so far .

On 3/17 I had a fall on a sidewalk due to the negligence of the county. I landed on the right side of my face. I have a permanent scar on part of my eyebrow that will never grow back. I had calls from various Morgan & Morgan employees in the beginning. I provided photos, names of witnesses, etc. I never heard another word. I asked Elizabeth Gruden for a status, and she said they were still "investigating." That was at least 2 months ago. No word at all since then. I would have appreciated at least an email if my case was deemed too unprofitable to pursue. I am unimpressed with Morgan & Morgan.

Case manager showed compassionate and made me feel like they really cared

I'm giving a poor review because it's been over two weeks since I signed the contract for Morgan&Morgan to represent my case, and Abigail NEVER called me back. I want to explain to you what is happening and have an idea of what the plan is, but I'm feeling left out in the dark. I don't know anything about my case and how likely we are to succeed. I have previous experience with attorneys, and this has been the worst so far. Hopefully, this review will change things. I'm having a hard time with you.

She was very professional and she seemed like she really cared about me. That is important to me

There are no words that can explain how much I appreciate Alisha Cowell handling my case. When she was first assigned to my account she reached out to me via email as well as phone and discussed everything with me. She e-mails me periodically to advise the status of the case as well as to check up on me...as well as all the things that U have done in regards to my case (i.e. mri, therapy, drs appointments, etc. etc.)I look forward to working with her continuosly in regards to my case.

It takes time to prepare a case. I understand that. No call, no response, no mail, for weeks. That I don't get!? Probably take years, I'm not sure. Thanks for your time.

Samantha always gets back with me, and has all the latest developments on my injuries.
