Jessica is an exceptional professional who communicates in a timely manner. She treats me as if I am her only case and my needs are her top priority. If I were looking for someone to be an ambassador and train others on how to work with Morgan & Morgan clients, Jessica would be my pick.

AVOID THIS NIGHTMARE FELLOW VETERANS! I’m a disabled Army veteran and came to Morgan and Morgan based on the Google reviews. See the great reviews? Don’t be fooled! Click each review and actually look at how many reviews these folks leave others. It seems most are bits or paid to give positive reviews. Here’s my experience thus far: Absolutely WORST experience I’ve ever had with an attorney. My attorney Angela laughed on the phone when I asked why she couldn’t call or talk with me at least once a month. She is by far the worst communicator and business professional I’ve ever worked with. To be called her client is foolishness. She last spoke to me on the phone in July and today is November 21st. I called a week ago and sent an email for her to call me. I received no call back NOR did I receive a courtesy call back. I called the Morgan and Morgan main number to get assistance. The lady said she would transfer me to Sophia who was my former case manager but check this out… Sophia quit at Morgan and Morgan months ago so evidently this professional business hasn’t updated their call chart in months. How embarrassing and 🤡🤡ish. I have now decided remove them from my case and I have chosen a great new attorney team. AVOID THIS NIGHTMARE AT ALL COSTS!!

Reason for my rating, is it is early in my case. I am aware there isn't much that can be done to progress until some issues are resolved. Very courteous and informative when there is something new. I understand this is a long slow process. So nothing new nothing to report. I'm confident my case will move forward in the near future and have a positive result.

I have texted and emailed case manager and lawyer and have not received return contact

With all of the bad reviews one would think this would be addressed in the meetings. My main complaint is the lack of communication between lawyer and client. After leaving voicemails and complaints about no communication. After 3 months since taking my case , I’ve received 1 phone call.

Haven’t heard from anyone since I sent the release of information form back that you sent me to sign. That’s been about four weeks I’d like to know where we are at in the process.

Refused to help me with my work comp claim. Went with a smaller firm that helped me get a settlement.

I called for a consultation and was transferred to 3 different Case Specialiasts, not attorneys or paralegals and was told finally by the 3rd unknowledgable random employee that they couldn't take my case. I'm sure because Allen and Allen was the opposing firm. For the People is not meant for All People. It is evident that Morgan and Morgan will only take cases they are sure to get a win for and a high settlement. Being my case does not guarantee a lucrative outcome, they are not even willing to look at it. I spoke to no attorney and the 3 people I spoke with said they could not pull up my case because they don't have access to the system. Now tell me, how can you do a proper consultation/case review with no information? Then to add insult to injury, I mentioned I could bring in the documents to the local office and was told I wouldn't be seen. I'm confused because that is definitely not helpful or showing that you are for the people.

Needed an attorney in two different occasions for two different issues. They allowed me to basically explain my entire situation word for word and questioned me tell me they're very sorry about my experience but then yet proceed to tell you sorry this isn't the law firm for you we can't help you

Our case manager started off great at first then completely nothing. No communication at all. Honestly we both feel like we wasted time even hiring Morgan and Morgan.
