Support the little guy; Buy local. It seemed to me like the lawyer assigned to my case was tasked with working too many cases simultaneously; took way longer than I would've expected, but they got it done. To be fair, I'm not a lawyer and I've never worked in law. But next time I'll go with a smaller, reputable, local law firm.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE‼️‼️‼️ Back in 2014 my husband and I hired them to work a accident he had and we had 0 problems with them. They communicated with us, set us up with necessary appointments and settled us out within 9 months to 1 year. Now, here is where it gets HORRIBLE. Last year 2021 my husband got injured on his job and was fired the same day of the injury. Since we had such a good experience with them in the past we went back to them for this case. The incident happened Sept 2021 and liters have NO INFORMATION on this case. They took it immediately and set him up with a mediation. After the mediation he saw someone to see what was wrong with his back and that was March 14th WE LITERALLY HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM SINCE MARCH 14th. We are disgusted and also saddened that we are even dealing with this.

Inquired due to dental negligence. Don't waste your time unless you have it on video and its signed by God Himself. Total waste of time reaching out to these people who feed out generic replies and only escalate your case to be heard by an actual lawyer after they enter it into the computer and meets their "criteria". According to them dealing with this for over a year and a half doesn't meet it. Before (white teeth no retainer) and after (black/brown/yellow teeth stains with retainer.)

Spent 2 hours on the phone only for morgan and morgan to tell me that, it's not a great case. I'm looking at all the reviews, the only real ones are unhappy with morgans. The other reviews are all fake... its a letdown....

I called today for representation against my headrest airbag system deploying into the back of my head without there being cause. Long story short, I ended up going to the hospital. I was told that they were "unfortunately" not able to take my case. I inquired as to the reason why and I was told that he wasn't given a reason by his supervisor. I stated, "so what this means is that this isn't a big enough case for them. That I'm insignificant to them to represent." There was silence on the other end which spoke volumes.

My mother was injured at her job due to a faulty ladder. Destroyed her shoulder. KIRK PERROW was her lawyer. If I could give him 0 stars I would. He would barely respond to my mother, when he did it would be days-weeks later, told her unrealistic settlement numbers compared to the Pennies he was able to get her. Classic get his money and get out lawyer. I even have a family friend at this firm but I cannot hold this review back because of that. Horrible experience for my mother who will never use this firm again. Use a firm that respects you as a client. Not one that is annoyed when clients ask questions.

Literally worthless you talk to 18 different people that decide if you have a case or not before they ever let you talk to an attorney they call me 12 times a day not knowing that the other one is called me you explain your story over and over and over again and then you get some paralegal with some sympathetic ear that basically waste your time to then tell you that you have a really good case but they don’t feel that it’s enough monetary gain for them to take it. So there are commercials oh we’re here for the little people they’re only there for the little people that might make a couple million dollars and they collect their 30% they’re not there for people who truly need legal representation

I came back to Morgan and Morgan because I received phenomenal service in 2018 with Courtney French as my case manager. Fast forward 2022, please help me understand how you agree to take me and my sister's case knowingly upfront we're sisters. Then decides after the fourth month that (you choose) not to represent us and drops our case. A waste of "time for the people", and after reading the reviews, I feel as if in many cases where there is not much profit to be made on Morgan and Morgan behalf your case will be conveniently dropped. That is definitely not being for the people is it?????? Catherine Gibbs; that is having your own selfish gain at heart. If it is concerning automobile accidents run find you someone else that is upfront and honest.

The lack of interest by Morgan & Morgan has cost me a lot of time and money. If they were really working for me our case would be over a long time ago I would NOT recommend them to anyone. Big is not better!

I had a case where I was injured on the job. Estonna garret handled my workers comp case while Raymond gosen handled my other. Lauren sailers was under estonna garret and carina fitzlaff was under Raymond. Carina is literally a God send, she is compassionate, helpful and understanding and always always always gets back to you or answers right away. Lauren on the other hand never answers the phone. I've left voice-mail, emails asking for just a simple call back and I will hear nothing from her for a month even after I try contacting again and again. Very unprofessional. It's like I drew the short end of the stick with her. If something ever happens again I know not to go to Morgan and Morgan unless I know it's Carina helping with my case. I call the regular holiness number and it's instant transfer to a nonstop ringing number. It's to the point where I feel unimportant and as someone who chose to go to Morgan and Morgan, I wish I hadn't.
