I went through the screening process with their customer service. Who was very nice. They never returned my call nor provided an email as to if they would take the case or why they couldn't. But they asked me to complete a survey on how they did lol

I dont belive my problem is with the firm it self .my issue is more with the fact that the attorney on my case isn't doing his part .he is going to get a percentage out of my settlement he should aleast have to work for his part . .every time i call for the last 3 weeks .he cant give me any ubdated info . .i cant speak to anyone on the opponent side .so he is supost to me the one calling making things go right. An i dont belive he is. Im not sure how to get a diffrent attorny .
