Says they are for the people. Maybe if you already have money or the case isn't hard. But I've tried to get them twice to take a case and both was a waste of time so much for the little man. Around here the little man that needs help doesn't get it.

Can't get a return phone call 3 days no call back ?????

All their advertising is a lie,they could care less about your situation it's all about what they can get out of it just like all the other big name attorneys. There is no free consultation, they just ask about your case and if they can't make a good dollar they drop you and you never even get to speak to an attorney. Think I'm lying? Try it then. They definitely fooled me with their ads. What a joke. And that response is a joke because I already got great advice from someone who actually cared even if they couldn't make money off of them.

I would like to take a moment and thank Mr. Nick Fulton and Mr.Jody Wade for being a their for me in my time of need. Thank you for all the times I called the office and you never turned down my call or thousands of questions. I would recommend your law firm to Anyone in need. God bless - kawana

I was involved in a rear end collision while stopped at a stop sign another car rear-ended me Morgan & Morgan took my case and after 9 months of not keeping in contact and using excuse after excuse of lawyer after lawyer quitting or opening their own firm they decided to drop my case they wasted 9 months of my precious time which in return made my case close due to the case not being filed in a timely matter .." for the people" is the biggest joke I ever herd...never once did I get Morgan himself to answer to why my case wasn't advancing..only excuses from my case manager. My wife was also in the accident with me and both of us had to get spine surgery and can no longer do what we normally do as daily activities. Morgan & Morgan equals no justice
