The consultant was fine however I was told that Morgan and Morgan will not represent me in the case against Mercedes Benz as a LOANER car exploded in our garage and burned our house down. There is an open investigation with loads of information in NHTSA pertaining to Mercedes Benz EV’s. We have lost our home and everything in it and the attendant can’t even tell me which attorney reviewed my case and why this major catastrophic loss would be declined.

I barely spoke to Landon porter, however I asked not to be called at 8am and is called at 8 am. E case workers didn't know who I was when I was getting a callback. Communication seems to be an issue

I was charged 33% for my lawyer to hold my settlement check for a year, which I could have gotten on my own for free. They hardly ever answered the phone, the staff was incompetent and changed every 2 months. No one knew What was going on! It took 14 months for them to handle a simple car accident case!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wonder how much interest of the 67% remaining part of the check earned while I waited 14 months to get it? Oh, and then they charged me $500 to send me my money via direct deposit. Complete IDIOTS!
