Since the beginning of the case I've had problems with pearl Holdings which is ocean Harbor casualties. I am almost a month since the accident happened and has not spoke to a case manager at any kind of Representative besides the operator about my case and they just picked up my truck on Friday because Miss Conway went out away called the insurance company and spoke for me the same day they actually picked up my truck made a whole bunch of excuses why they couldn't get a hold of me but in all boils down to miss Conway the one above and beyond her job to make sure that the company started helping me with my truck I believe she's very good at what she does thank you and have a good day Daniel Lopez
