I have had the worse experience dealing with this law firm. If you have options please do not use this firm to represent you. After`waiting a year then reaching a settlement in mediation. Something that was suppose to take 45 days for a payout has now turned into 5 months. You will most likely never talk your actual attorney they will force you to deal with a paralegal allowing them to make mistake after mistake. Even through the errors and hick ups made by my paralegal I finally supposedly got my payday yet still don't have my funds because somehow the check was lost. After the check being lost and reissued the second check is now missing. Absolute nightmare. I do feel because my lawsuit isn't a big settlement it's been handled carelessly. I do not recommend and would never use them again. It is now going through the client experience team to hopefully get some resolution but so far the same old run around. Still my money is missing.

Beware, bigger doesn’t translate into customer service, legal advise, or preparing a client through a difficult experience that comes with an accident. I was tossed around year after year to a new attorney, the wrong defendant was severed, and no real legal advise was provided. Only heard from the attorney when they needed something from me in a rush. “We got you some money and that’s better than nothing. Sign today and hurry up we have to keep the big machine generating 32 to 40% plus expenses, so hurry and sign.” I was told their mistake and being shuffled around didn’t cost my case anything and no reduction to expense fees would be made. “You signed a contract.” Truly how I was made to feel. They say they will go to court but then they tell you to consider settling no one can guarantee a jury outcome. My advice, when you call the attorney’s phone and if you feel like you’re calling a hotline with tons of questions just to see if it’s even a case that they want to take without even allowing you to speak an attorney beware. Instead, before you sign make the effort to search out other attorneys.

been okay but I've been trying to reach out to the firm to find out what's going on with my case I've been unsuccessful for the last 2 months

I used this law firm for a case I waisted a year of my time going to there doctors and doing everything they wanted for a year for them to call and email to say they have to drop my case. With no real reason given.

Didn't take my case so all their tv ads are a pack of lies!!! So is Farah & Farah!!!

They were helpful at first but dropped my case with no explanation for a week. I had to go to another law firm for them to explain within 2 hours

This is a new experience for me but everything seems to be moving along well. There's not a lot of communication however, when I have a question, a quick response is given. I'm trusting in my Morgan and Morgan team as well as the process.

In the beginning, all correspondence was great! It has now been almost 5 years and I am in limbo with you. I haven't heard from anyone for 4 months. I call, email, leave voicemails, but no one bothers to get back to me, including my lawyer whom I am paying! His Paralegal or case manager, Lori, is about the 6th one that has been on my case and she is, by far, the most unhelpful one he's had. After months of not hearing anything, I am so fed up with this lawyer and firm, seems like I may have to make a personal appearance since I can't get anywhere with anyone. But I guess this makes sense since you've been paid already, my recovery and medical bills don't matter to you anymore.

They took my case, and suddenly it took them two months to tell me that they will not continue with my case it so stupid.

Mr Lannucci is extremely professional and keeps very good contact with me. He keeps me completely up to date on everything that is happening.

absolutely awful service for poor people. Hangups and the like. This is the real police.
