I got into an accident in August 2023. I decided to hire Morgan & Morgan to represent me. In the very beginning people from Morgan & Morgan were calling me everyday keeping up to date on what was going on with my case. In October things started to change. My case was passed off to so many different paralegals that I couldn't figure out who was helping me. In December the paralegal that had my case said it needed to go to trial. After that call, I haven't received another call about my case. I've reached out multiple times to get information and my calls have not been returned.

My Mom started her claim prior to her demise and although this isn’t her wrongful death lawsuit attorneys they were her class action lawsuit lawyers and I hear from them I guess when they have information on the lawsuit and thankfully they called last week and said it was over I just think with so much confusion in the world people lack empathy and compassion and that’s very important to me being a client and the young lady on my Mom case hasn’t had any empathy I’m just like send my Mom check and best wishes at this point however the firm customer service is excellent I have no complaints about that
