Waste of time! The communication is awful. We never knew what was going on. They never answered messages via phone, email, or the online app. Next time I’ll go with someone local. Very poor experience.

A good time

Absolutely awful experience. Awful communication, client experiences transferred me to someone who I specifically requested to not be transferred to from past experience, and no one will help me. Morgan and Morgan has owed me money (yes, I have signed paperwork proving this) and it is over 2 months past their promised delivery. Do not recommend and will steer everyone I know away from this company. I would say more but I am not allowed to.

BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT EVER!!! We called them and was given a Lawyer, who asked if we had out paperwork from doctors and company saved, we said yes. We kept it filed and neat. He said we would meet up and go over it. WE NEVER EVEN MET OUR LAWYER, EVEN AFTER ASKING TO MEET... WE WERE TOLD THEY HAD THERE OWN DOCTORS, BUT COULD NEVER GET THEM TO HELP US WITH ONE. WE WERE TOLD LOTS OF THINGS OF HOW THE LAWYER COULD HELP... WE ASKED FOR HELP, I HAVE THE EMAILS TO PROVE IT. IF THE EMAIL WAS EVEN ANSWERED IT WAS BRUSHED OFF BY THE LAWYER OR PARALEGAL... THEN AFTER SEVERE DISAPPOINTMENT, AND TURMOIL CAME THE DEPOSITION DAY, WE ANSWERED THE QUESTIONS TO THE BEST OF OUR KNOWLEDGE, AND TRIED TO BE AS TRUTHFUL AS OUR MEMORY WOULD LET US.. ( THE LAWYER ONLY SAID, " BE AS TRUTHFUL AS POSSIBLE) WELL IN DOING SO WE MISSED SOMETHING THAT HAPPEN 10-15 YEARS AGO, AND THE OPPOSING TEAM CLAIMED "FALSE CLAIMS" AND OFFERED US 3,000$ NOT A CENT MORE. AFTER GETTING OVER THE OFFER, AND THE REALIZATION THAT THE------- LIFE CHANGING INJURY MY WIFE RECEIVED----- WOULD NEVER BE PROPERLY DEALT WITH, WE TOLD THE LAWYER WE WANTED TO TAKE THEM TO COURT. OUR LAWYER REPLIED THAT IT WAS NOT IN OUR BEST INTEREST. LIKE 3000$ WAS WORTH OUR LIFE NEVER BEING THE SAME... WE LAY DOWN AT NIGHT AND WORRY ABOUT HOW MY WIFE AND I WILL MOVE FORWARD, WITH BILLS AND HEALTH. KIRK PERROW u severely let us down... where was the help? Where was the guidance? WHERE WERE YOU??? What would we need to discuss, Jesus, do yall even consider the mental exhaustion and emptiness 1 goes through when going to multiple doctors and therapy and specialist visits every week??? How it feels to sit at home and not be able to do anything and feel useless??? Powerless???? Trusting your lawyer will handle everything??? Since 2022 when my case was accepted, Morgan & Morgan lost my information for at least 8 months. The paralegal said it was not Morgan & Morgan's fault, but the previous paralegal that WORKED for Morgan & Morgan. Lost all information and dropped the (Death) case until I contacted them about the Statues of Limitations. Morgan & Morgan started all over, and again, dropped like a bad connection! We are facing a Statue of Limitations here! Hello? Any attorney or paralegal knows this law about Statues of Limitations...What's up Morgan & Morgan? Are you really attorneys? Addendum: YOU DO KNOW THIS IS RELATED TO THE DEATH OF A PERSON???? All is Forgotten by Morgan and Morgan! They not call you, email you, or text unless you bother them about what is going on. The present paralegal and attorney SAY they are going to get back with you about the status of the case, but soon forget. Unacceptable! Beware of Morgan & Morgan! If the Statue of Limitations expires, I am contacting the Jacksonville and Florida Bar to file a complaint.
