I have yet to hear from someone on my case. I've been calling and leaving messages, emailing and have yet to receive a response. I feel like my case isn't important to anyone.

My experience so far has been a good one, I have never had a lawyer or been in a lawsuit before so she has been very patient and has explained everything in ways I can understand , and has always returned my calls when I have had additional questions.
