While my case manager was out, the person that called me gave me all of the wrong information and caused me to miss my birthday trip. They never returned my calls then gave excuses that they have other clients to serve like I’m not a current client!

We have had little to no contact from the assigned case manager. We have initiated nearly all correspondence. At one point we went 2 months believing that the case had been dropped by your firm. We do not have any information as to the progress of the case.

Receive updates through email and phone messages. One aspect that can be a little confussing is the number of different people contacting us with information. We are appreiative of the contacts.
