There are no words that can explain how much I appreciate Alisha Cowell handling my case. When she was first assigned to my account she reached out to me via email as well as phone and discussed everything with me. She e-mails me periodically to advise the status of the case as well as to check up on me...as well as all the things that U have done in regards to my case (i.e. mri, therapy, drs appointments, etc. etc.)I look forward to working with her continuosly in regards to my case.

It takes time to prepare a case. I understand that. No call, no response, no mail, for weeks. That I don't get!? Probably take years, I'm not sure. Thanks for your time.

Samantha always gets back with me, and has all the latest developments on my injuries.

No help from her

I felt a bit confused early on in my case. Every time I dealt with a different person, it became somewhat stressful, until I finally had Jasmin as my case rep.

I am NEVER kept in the loop of my case. I constantly call and no answers can ever be provided. Oh and let's not start on my attorney...I could never get ahold of her until I threatened with a complaint of switching attorneys. I can write so many things as to why I will NEVER choose Morgan and Morgan again and why I would NEVER EVER recommend them. This has been the worst experience ever. I should have gone with Harrell and Harrell again. I am terribly disappointed and dissatisfied. Til this day, I still don't have a status on my case and yet I'm receiving bill after bill of medical expenses and missed so much time from work following the instructions provided by this firm.
