I have had very good experience with Morgan and Morgan .. will recommend

Courtney is very knowledgeable and competent in her job. If I have a question, she responds in a timely manner. I would like to edit my original review posted a year ago. I will never use Morgan and Morgan again for anything!!! They kept me strung along for a year. Then, right before a meeting, they stated that they could no longer represent me. This is unethical and something should be done about it. They change attorneys and don't even tell you. They start out strong and if they don't get a quick settlement, they drop you like a hot potato. Then no one else will take your case. Don't use them. Get a local attorney.

Morgan and Morgan is straight lying to people. We called them due to a car accident where the other drive was at fault and we have proof they were at fault, but Morgan and Morgan wouldn't take the case. They only take cases where there can get their pockets fat. If it's a small case, they not taking it, but they telling everyone they take all cases !

My Mother died of on April 8 2021 and the cause of death according to the death certificate was Sepsis. The nursing home that she was in was not taking care of her and she developed a extremely bad pressure ulcer all the was to the bone. I know that the nursing home was negligent without a doubt but Morgan and Morgan said that they did not have enough evidence.

Not sure this is the law firm I’d count on, I called and got passed around 3 times and eventually gave up on requesting services. Whomever answered the phone and passed me along to whomever seemed pretty lacking in knowledge as to who I should speak to over my matter.

even if you have a case, if they cant make money too they probably wont take your case

Morgan & Morgan are Trash The only care if you have experience bodily harm or sustained major property damage,they don’t really care to fight wrongful arrest or incarceration . Whole lot of talk about caring for the littlguy or less fortunate but definitely doesn’t apply it when it come time to do so.

I feel used. They made me get health insurance to make their side of the settlement larger. Didn’t have any before the accident. Now what if my insurance company comes after those wages? Am I liable for these wages? Per my lawyer assistant “we need to settle this up quickly so you health insurance doesn’t want any of your accident money.” I never wanted to settle, they pushed me into it. Now she’s retired and my lawyer moved to Jacksonville and won’t return a phone call. Still no money I’m paying for everything out of pocket. Thank god I have family and friends that can help.
