They accepted my case. But when i found a better lawyer to handle it and charged less then 15% rather then the 30-40% said i no longer needed them for the case. Got an e-mail from morgan and morgan saying they review my case and they no longer were going to take it. Well yes but i already said i was not using them. Also not very nice people to deal with.

I contacted this firm over a year ago in reference to a hand injury I received from repetitive cleaning at my job of 3years during COVID-19. I contacted this firm. My hands was never swollen or gave me any problems from the day I started that job up until I started cleaning during COVID. I have since settled and is left with my hands in the same condition but a lot worse now because of the time that has passed since this first occurred. I was forced to settle this case because of hard times of being out with COVID-19 and having limited use of my hands due to the injury to them. I’ve since had to resign from the Employer where I suffered this injury from and also I am in much more pain than I was when I filed lawsuit through Morgan & Morgan! Would I recommend this firm, He’ll no I would not! I am in much more excruciating pain now than I was suffering with upon hiring this firm. This case was not settled properly at all.

Back in 2001 I was rear ended while on a motorcycle by a very large company while sitting still at a traffic light. I was enlisted in the Navy and was placed on light and limited duty after this accident. I decided to hire Morgan Colling and Gilbert (now Morgan and Morgan) and my attorney assigned to the case was Gregory D. Prysock from the Jacksonville office. Let’s just say I was left with a very bad taste in my mouth after my attorney informed me that the weekend before our mediation he was out playing basketball with the opposing counsel. I feel that my case was settled way before we even sat down for our mediation. Greg Prysock didn’t feel that the case was worth taking to trial even though this accident ends my military career. I was medically discharged and found not to be worldwide deployable any more via Navy standards. Fast forward 20 years now and I still deal with debilitating pain through my neck and back along with severe migraines atleast 2 days a week. My disc injuries have worsened over the years and arthritis has set in throughout my spine. I’m 100% disabled through the veterans affairs and have been do to this accident since 2006. I felt the need to leave my experience with this firm because I felt that I was overlooked because the attorneys knew each other so well. My case settled for next to nothing due to the encouragement and advise of Greg Prysock. I am 42 yrs old now and hurt every single day of my life! All I have to look forward to is pain and surgeries in my future. Please go with your gut feeling and if you feel something just isn’t right then seek other counsel regardless who you have repressing you. I wish I would have however at the young age of 21 I wasn’t thinking long term.

For over ten months they have done nothing on my disability application. I was told they would help me get my disability in a reasonable amount of time. The intake person messed up my application and then they didn't do anything to help me.

Why would anyone call this company. Someone ran into me while on my motorcycle and I shattered my foot. They said they could not help me and referred me to another lawyer. For the people is a lie. Should be for the money. I don't recommend them if you get into a wreck. All they are looking for is a huge payout of YOUR settlement. Call Someone else if you need a lawyer, trust me. Even if they may happen to take your case they keep a huge majority of your settlement

Very good firm. My children and I were involved in an accident and hurt. Not just physically but mentally. My kids I believe suffered from some sort of tramatic emotional distress. Morgan and Morgan took care of us and has helped us in getting us physically back to normal. I would definetley recommend them and their services. I just hope that the truth concerning the accident and the road rage or racing that was going on with the two that hit us comes to light and they don't do this again. I was hit from behind so I did not see it happen but a witness stopped and told me. She waited for police and told police but her statement was not on the report.
