Attorney, Curt Pajcic, paralegal, Sabrina Williams and all of his staff were absolutely wonderful in handling my case. This was the first car accident I've ever been in as well as the first lawsuit. Pajcic & Pajcic has been contacting my 8 year old’s phone number (he has a cell phone that is used as a medical device) multiple times. He has had this number since 2021. This is highly unprofessional and they need to find a better way to follow up on cases or resolve matters with their clients in a more timely matter - as the contact information they had for this client is more than 36 months old at this point. If you’re opening up a case this many years later, that screams issues to me.

Absolutely awful experience all the way around. I was hit by an uninsured driver 11/6 of LAST YEAR. Literally have sat for almost a year to get paid for an uninsured motorist policy, the only follow-up I have had was a mind numbingly confusing phone call where the person calling didn't even have the right case pulled up. The conversation ended with "OK, forget everything I just told you." You will not het updates, you will not get anything. Go with another firm.
