Very professional and helpful.

Everyone knows that being in a car accident is a scary and stressful experience. But I was surprised at the amount of frustration that I felt. I was frustrated at the TOTAL loss of my brand new 1 week old Jeep, at the fact that now I was hurt and missing work, and at the fact that I had zero idea of what to do next. Could I trust my own insurance company? I am so grateful that a friend recommended this firm. My first meeting with my attorney, Michael Pajcic and paralegal Susie Pohlhammer, was very educational. They prepared me for the next steps and how things were to go. I was able to have peace of mind knowing they were handling everything behind the scenes. All I had to do was focus on getting better. Brenda Postell was my case manager and she put the “human touch” on what essentially is just a cold business deal for the insurance company. I really felt like she gave it to me straight and was genuinely concerned with making sure that all my questions were answered. And believe me, there were many! This team is top notch and I would highly recommend to anyone needing their services. I am very pleased in the final outcome of my case.
