I have only been working with Century Law Firm for a short duration, but their responsiveness, education and ability to manage my account in a manner that works with my life has been impressive. I was most recently assisted by Cynthia I and she addressed my needs and concerns; then provided and implemented a solution. She was also extremely pleasant and professional to speak with!!

I am very pleased with the service we have been receiving from Century Law Firm. Our representative Raquel Charles has been very helpful and friendly. She is very attentive and has been able to help answer questions, keep me informed of the status, and acted very professional. Raquel explains everything clearly and was able to communicate clearly and quickly with me with my debt resolving. Appreciate very much Raquel's support.

I got myself in trouble with credit cards, robbing Peter to pay Paul. That is no way to live, it will give you gray hair! I was looking for a way out and found Century Law Firm and Reliant. They spoke with me regarding my situation with respect and understanding. Together we came up with a plan I could live with to get me out of debt. They laid out the steps, explained it all to me, negotiated with my creditors and today I’m debt free. I could not have gotten out of debt without Reliant and Century Law Firm, well I could have but it would have taken many years. Ella Steers was amazing! Very knowledgeable, very kind and compassionate. It's hard to find people who care about their jobs and clients and give comfort at the same time. Ella made everything run very smoothly despite my concerns, she made everything very easy and cares about the clients well-being before anything else. I really wish employees everywhere were like her. What a ray of sunshine she is.

Awesome customer service!!!!

Just wanted to share that I recently worked with Jerry B. to get an update on my account and to let me k is the progress that we have been making with the creditors. He was proactive in calling me and clarified a few questions that I had. I’ve had several very pleasant and very professional update calls from the Century team and I have been very happy working with them for the last (almost) year!

Natasha assisted me so very well last week. She was very professional and assuring and answered my three questions and gave me an excellent status update on my settlements. Working with Natasha and Century Law Firm has proven to be a tremendous service to me. Thank you Natasha.
