His homepage claims empathy is at the center of what they aim for, but that was NOT my experience. I dont appreciate the way Antonio Jimenez handled me or my situation. As a person with PTSD, I struggle with crying when Im overwhelmed. Mr Jimenez stated a few things that I find exceptionally unprofessional, and completely triggering via phone conversations. (No evidence to "prove" i was demeaned or insulted) I felt very bullied into some things i didn't agree with. Since Ive been threatened with lawsuit, Ive removed my original review. But I stand in my one star review. I feel your response lacks responsibility and empathy.
