My experience in 6 months is They took my money each other. I've had ONE MISSED call with no call back after I requested one. Only one account settled at this point. So after 6 months I have no idea how its going or whats happening.

I've been in the program for 20 months. This month, I needed to reduce my payment to take care of some unexpected expenses (AC unit replacement - it's going to be HOT this weekend). John Wright and Trina were so kind and helpful. They provided guidance and compassion. I'm thankful to be able to get a new AC unit installed before the extreme heat arrives.
