Today, I had the good fortune to speak with Tien Everheart of your CS team. Tien’s approach to our conversation exceeded my expectations. He had a considerable amount to cover and patiently responded to my questions, he listened to me, never tried to over talk me which demonstrated the type of employee you want representing your company!

I am very please to say that I am very happy with this law firm. It was so easy to consolidate my debt. As the process is super simple, but in my case about a year into it I received; on two different occasions, a summons from the same debt collectors. All I had to do was send them a copy. Their lawyers went to court for me and resolved the issue. At least that's what we all thought. Some debtors want their money now. So Mrs. Reanna reached out to me to let me know what was going on and that the debtor wanted to come to an agreement which would raise my payments and prolong my term more than likely. In which I would have to comply or debtor would take more legal action. Mrs. Reanna explained everything and answered all my questions without hesitation and very professional. She even wanted a little time to see if there was anything at all possible she and her team could do. She and her team went above and beyond to resolve this issue and make it work in my favor without raising my payments at all. I'm truly grateful for her and her team of associates. Everytime I call everyone is always polite, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I'm comfortable and understanding of the situation. After the great news today I'm in awe, completely shocked. If they do it for me, I know they do it for all of their customers. Thank you Century Law Firm for making my life so much easier. My experience in 6 months is They took my money each other. I've had ONE MISSED call with no call back after I requested one. Only one account settled at this point. So after 6 months I have no idea how its going or whats happening.
