I have been a customer almost 3yrs. Century Law firm has always responded very quickly and taken action when needed. Today I spoke with CHOSEN and she was absolutely wonderful. She was very patient to listen to my concerns as well as very knowledgeable and explained how particular credit situations "work". I have been a loyal customer of Century Law Firm for the past 12 months and have been paying a significant amount every month. When I first became a customer, I was promised guaranteed communication from Century Law Firm. However, over the past year, I have tried to contact Century Law Firm several times but have received no response except for a generic email asking me to call their 800 number. Unfortunately, this number leads to nobody. I have left voicemails and sent multiple emails already, but I have not received any response from Century Law Firm side.
