Andrew is a nice person. However Kenny Leigh & Associates lacks a personable touch and in my opinion their billing practices are suspicious. I dropped them and went somewhere else. Nothing against Andrew that I think should move to a more reputable firm. My opinion.

Despite the website description as being "Clients can expect Kenny Leigh & Associates (Andrew Garro) to be courteous, personable, responsive and effective. Count on us to communicate quickly and professionally, via returning telephone calls or completing reports on case developments". We found the exact opposite to be. After 4 weeks of messages left with t the secretary and multiple phone calls unanswered, we asked for a refund of our retainer and to date still have not received attention to this matter. Would NEVER recommend this firm to represent anyone that I wanted to keep as a loved one or a friend. Horrible, horrible still to this date!!!!

Andrew is an excellent attorney. He is knowledgeable of Florida law, has an accommodating and calm demeanor and is highly professional. His preparation and cross examination techniques resulted in my gaining joint custody when my wife, based on false allegations, was demanding sole custody, no sleep overs and only supervised visits. Andrew's knowledge of my case, the intricate details and the event timeline resulted in a highly successful outcome. Andrew was able to catch my wife in contradictory statements during the hearing, resulting in the Judge concluding her testimony was 'not credible.' He has an excellent reputation among his peers as well and is viewed as highly proficient by Florida judges. I would highly recommend Andrew; he knows the details of the law but is able to communicate issues in common sense terms. It is worth a consultation to make your choice; I'm glad I did!
