My mother was in a wreck at the beginning of 2023. I referred her to Fasig and Brooks. I had used their services twice before. I can’t thank Carrie Roane, Mrs. Kelly, MyKia and Nick enough. All four of these individuals played different parts in helping my mother. Carrie, being my mother’s lawyer has the best team. No matter how many times my mother would call, ( because she didn’t understand stuff) . They always answered her questions and reassured her about her case. They made my mother feel like she was apart of the team. If anyone is looking for a law firm that truly cares about their clients. A law firm that’s actually going to work hard for their clients. A law firm that’s not just going to settle without making sure it’s the best decision for you the client. A law firm that will answer your calls and text. Very professional. Yes, as a client, it's hard to be patient while everything gets settled, but they are saving me a lot of money in the long run. They do what they promised. Loans are not the way to go when you are knee deep in debt. This is a case of no pain, no gain. But I am happy and working on my patience. They explain everything and document everything and they really do what is promised. We just have to hold up our end, which is to be patient and stay out of debt!
