I'm currently a 3rd GI fellow and I hired Ann Bittinger to review my term sheet as well as negotiate my employee contract for a hospital system. Ann was thorough, efficient and responsive to all forms of communication. She listened to all my needs during our introductory phone meeting and help translate that into effective contract negotiations. She presented MGMA data to me that was pertinent to my field as a new GI physician to help compare my current offer to others in the field and ultimately was key in negotiations.
