I was 20 years old and I was desperate and settled for the only lawyer I thought would take my case. I got hurt on the job and it was due to negligence and I thought it was my fault because he would never contact me….he also let the other lawyers walk all over us in the settlement phase and we couldn’t get no where. He told me I might as well just take what they are offering me because the case isn’t going to win. It should have been an easy case. This still hits me till this day I have back pain from that injury and I had to settle because he wouldn’t do his job. I had bills and couldn’t afford to wait for him to actually do his job or even care about me or what I had going on…etc I’m 27 about to be 28 and I still have these problems and have to work everyday with these issues. Not a good person I dont recommend

I lost my worker's compensation case because he Did Not do his job correctly. I was injured on my job years ago and I’m still struggling and suffering from it. The doctor scratched my eye. He did nothing. Even a different lawyer said he did a horrible job. I'm left with nothing. I did everything I was supposed to do. Worse decision ever. Hiring Him He did not care about me

He does not get back to you. Ever. And if he sends one of his associates to represent you just go home, you have a better chance of winning that way. I lost custody of my children because he failed to file the paperwork with the judge when I had to leave town due to the death of my mother. He said he would handle everything. That was in February. This is April and the ex has packed up and moved to an undisclosed location and I have not seen my children since. He does not represent your interests.

I was in a car crash about a year ago. The police couldn't determine who's fault the accident was - even though I told them that the other driver ran a stop sign. After a few days of getting no where with the other driver's insurance company - I called Brad. He found a witness and in a week my car was being fixed. He also helped me find a doctor because I was hurting. We settled for a good amount. Brad was very helpful the entire time and very friendly. I highly recommend Mr. Sopotnick.

Mr. Sopotnick helped me with a criminal case that was doomed for some serious time in jail. I was looking at 2+ yrs. for a (Felony Fleeing and Eluding, along with some other charges. After several months of continuous fighting Mr. Sopotnick got my case granted into the Veterans Court Track. If it wasn't for Mr. Sopotnick extensive detail and knowledge in the legal system I would have been wrongfully accused, charged and sentenced.
