I am so thankful for Stephanie Angulo and all of the hard-work she has done in getting me a great settlement. Although my case was a very complicated one, Stephanie did not give up on it. She continued to work hard and for that I am very thankful. She answers emails back quickly and she does the best she can in getting a really good settlement. You can tell that she really cares about her clients. I can't express enough on how much the team at the law firm helped me. I am so happy that I chose this law firm! Kristin and Kelsey handled my case and were wonderful throughout the entire process. They were very professional and always available to respond to any questions I had. Farah and Farah is a wonderful law firm. Ms. Yolanda Hewling was my attorney. I was injured on the job and Ms. Yolanda really worked hard against the insurance company for me. She made sure that I understood and explained step by step all paperwork, doctors appointment, etc. Ms. Yolanda's paralegal Mrs. Stephanie Santano is so wonderful. She would make sure I received all paperwork and emails from Ms. Yolanda. But the one thing that stood out the most was Ms. Yolanda and Mrs. Stephanie really cared about me. There were times when I spoke to them, I would just cry. They never hurried to get off the phone. They would listen and say encouraging words to me to make me feel better about the whole situation. Ms. Yolanda and Mrs Stephanie, I can never say thank you enough for everything you both have done for me and my family. You both are an awesome team. Skeptically (due to dealing with another large firm before who treated me like I didn't matter) contacted Farah & Farah after an accident. Immediately my nerves were to put ease by personal interaction that I had with Lori and Patricia. They took the time out to answer my questions, gave information to empower me to make decisions, and kept me informed through the entire process. Lori also fought for me when the insurance company tried to repeatedly to short changes me or not give me anything.
