Richard Kuritz lawyer one of the best lawyer i ever had...he took care of everything professionally,i was in and out.and when i couldn't make it because my son was sick he managed to close my case and even got the charges dropped.thank you this man is amazing highly recommend for my experience..

I hired this law firm to represent my husband. Upon hiring them I thought we were paying to be represented by Mr. Fallgatter but instead got Lisa. We paid a flat fee of $25,000 upfront and the representation was not worth that amount. We felt like Lisa did the bare minimum and didn’t really fight to get my husband the best deal possible but instead wanted him to settle. My husband’s case dragged out for over a year and there was no change in the amount of years that the state was offering, every motion that was put in by Lisa was denied. So after a year and there was no progress we felt like Lisa was burnt out with the case and decided to fire them and seek new counsel from a different city. But Before we made the decision to fire them I emailed Mr. Fallgatter asking if Lisa was doing everything possible or has she dropped the ball somewhere and his response was she’s doing everything right then went on to explain why things were going the way they were. His explanation made sense but not enough sense to keep them on the case. We made the decision to hired a law firm based in Miami and within a month’s time the case was resolved and we got the plea deal that we had been asking for from the beginning with Fallgatter. If you ask me my honest opinion I feel like the lawyers in Duval work hand and hand with the state. A Miami lawyer should’ve came in that swiftly and resolved my husband’s case and got the same exact deal that we had been asking for from the beginning. Lisa did a piss poor job and I highly don’t recommend unless you just have money to give away.

Mr Kuritz is an amazing attorney. He was able to help me and prove my innocence when I didn’t think I had a chance. I was looking at prison time and my charges were dropped completely. I am so impressed with Mr Kuritz on a professional and a personal level. I would recommend him to anyone that needs an attorney. He can get things done that you may not believe is possible.

Mr Kuritz was hired as a co council in my fiancé case. My fiancé is a convicted felon and was caught up in bad situation. He was offered 32 months in prison and Mr. Kuritz work his magic and got the charges dropped completely. This man is the real deal! Not only was he professional, he's down to earth and has empathy for his clients. I'd recommend him to anyone and will definitely use him again if needed. His number is locked in me phone. Mr. Fallgatter and his team were extremely great and awesome. They were quick with answering questions and handling all my needs.
