Charles Willmott is an amazing attorney. Twice I've needed him to help with a child custody case and lengthy divorce case 10 years later. He would always make sure that my children's needs are priority. Highly recommend him!!! Everyone that comes in contact with him knows he is knowledgable and honest!

Mr. Willmott made it very easy to separate emotions and business oriented goals within the divorce process. He was always upfront and set realistic expectations. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to be prepared for a successful "life after divorce".

I was thoroughly impressed with Mr. Willmott and his office. The staff were very friendly and helpful and punctual. Mr. Willmott was, to say the least, amazing. I always felt he had my best interests at heart, and fought for me every step of the way. He is also very honest and forthcoming with his expectations, which I also greatly appreciated. Mr. Willmott is the consummate professional. He laid out all options, provided his opinion on what was realistic, and was helpfully aggressive in the mediation process. He helped me get to a very reasonable solution to a situation that had seemed almost impossible to handle. He keeps your interests at the forefront- so don't worry (I did, and didn't need to... but I didn't tell him that), rest easy knowing that he will obtain the best and most reasonable results for you. He's not out to gouge you or drive up costs- he keeps your financial interests in mind (you should too). I would recommend him in a heartbeat to any military member getting a divorce: he's knowledgeable and thorough.

Charles represented me in my divorce after a 12 year marriage and two young children. It was obvious that he knew from the start what the court likely would and wouldn't award me in terms of child custody, alimony, division of assets and a possible attempt at child relocation. The case went exactly as he predicted in every respect. I will immediately turn to him again should the need arise.

Everyone knows that preparation for a high stress court proceeding causes strain on a person. I am so blessed to have had Mr. Willmott assisting me over the last few months. Before meeting Mr. Willmott, I had struggled for years trying to get resolution on previous court orders that were not being followed by my former spouse. I interviewed several attorneys before meeting Mr. Willmott and I knew after the first meeting that he was the attorney for my particular situation. He was professional and confident while also being kind and understanding. He was transparent with his intentions and showed a true desire to help get my previous court orders corrected and back in line….and he did just that. I highly recommend him!!
