The amount of support they give you when you are tired and just want it all to go away is unmatched. I had an auto accident in 2019. Ipermanent pain that was exacerbated by the accident,, Joanna had to recover the information gathered by 2 previous attorneys that i was assigned to. Those attorneys did not retain the information and actually provided false promises of award. Joanna took the case and solved what she was able. As a whole, the company itself receives this low rating, not the attorney.
