Long story short I purchased a new boat and the boat was not delivered in new condition. I spent weeks going back and forth between the dealership and the manufacture and received absolutely no satisfaction, so I decided before giving up to give Farah & Farah a try. That's when I met Joshua T. Kaleel the attorney who quickly helped me navigate through my concerns, and decided that I had a legitimate case. He spent time explaining how we would move forward every step of the way, even went as far as explaining how arbitration works, and literally answered the phone himself every time I called. Fast forward two months and my case is resolved. My boat is getting all defective parts replaced, and I'm being compensated for the time it was inoperable. I was in a situation where I felt helpless against a huge corporation that had taken advantage of me, and now I've been made whole. Before contacting Joshua T. Kaleel and Farah & Farah my perception was that a huge law firm like that would never waste their time with a small case like mine, but luckily I was wrong.
