Outstanding people. Felt like family and friends taking care of you. They made sure I understood what was happening and made me feel comfortable with everything. Always available to answer any questions I had. They took care up everything. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I worked with Josh Kaleel, who helped guide me through the nuances of product (vehicle) defect law. My new 2019 vehicle repeatedly had to go to a dealer for "attempted" repairs; 14 of them just for this issue. Josh was highly professional, worked diligently on my behalf, and kept me updated with progress and feedback. I am sure I could not achieve such success on my own, regardless of DIY law websites and pundits.

I actually didn’t think anyone would take my case it seemed so insignificant and if the owners of the business hadn’t been so nonchalant about what was happening to me I may haven’t even pursued the incident. Had another case over a car accident that was cut and dry wasn’t happy with the way the law firm handled the case. I choose Farah and Farah their advertising suggested they took on hard cases. Well to make a long story short the were kind, respectful, kept me informed very professional and got me about Three times more money than I figured. Farah and Farah was excellent my lawyer was Joanna and she really fought hard for me and my son when we got into our accident. She did not stop until she got all that she can get for me and my son. Every time I had a question she answered me in a meaningful time frame. She was there for me for every appointment i needed to be at for myself and my son, literally everytime they sent me to another doctor I will call her and she will tell me what to do. This was my first time being in a accient, I did not know a thing about going to doctors besides my regular check ups. I recommend anyone going to their firm because they truly handle your case as if it was their own. When the opposite team was trying to be hard on me she informed me of the situation but she was not stopping until she got what was best for me and my son. I had no complaints. It was one misunderstanding and she corrected it right away. She is so nice and so helpful. When something was not going right she informed me and not even a couple of days later she will call me and tell me that she got the situation handled. I did not expect to be treated the way I was treated. Yes my accident was bad but I didnt have to be in the hospital, so I expected to be treated as if I didn't matter as a client and she showed me different. If you are ever in a car accident please contact Farah and Farah when they tell you they are for the people they truly mean it.

My attorney, Tiffany Newcomb, was always very professional. She always made me feel important and showed concern and kindness for my well being and for my case. She advised me to not to worry about the case, to focus on myself and to get better. She state it was her job to take care of the case. When she spoke those words it spoke volumes to me.
