It's been over a year and nothing. I feel like there litigation attorney Scott is horrible. Wasted 120 on my case for him to do exactly what I was warned he would do by a friend that had him removed from there case. Went from oh you have a great case a week ago. Then get a call from my original attorney that he transferred my case from litigation because I told him too. And that conversation never happened. I will never tell anyone to use Farah and Farah. I'm looking for other representation as I type this. I'm very unsatisfied with how things are going with my case at the moment! If you call Farah and Farah and they ever say Scott Miller run for the hills. He lies and him or his assistant pam will not return your calls. He's a waste of space n time!

Thank you, Mario Erico and Jamie Goyner, from Farah & Farah, for helping me with what some thought wasn’t worth a fight and some who thought I wouldn’t win. I am very grateful to you for never giving up and helping me to stay calm and relaxed during this process. I know the legal system doesn’t move as fast as a lot of people would like it to move but I had no doubt that you two were always working on my case. You kept me abreast of new information and let me know when anything might be changing. So, again, thank you from the bottom of my heart. My story starts like this, … I had a trip and fall accident in a parking lot at night and fell landing on both knees and hands, but my left knee took most of the impact and visible injury. After the fall happened, I laid there for several minutes trying to figure out if and how I could get back to my feet. Mind you, it was about 9:15pm and there wasn’t anyone else around. Finally, I regained my footing and composed myself trying to figure out what happened and realized I had tripped over an improperly placed parking curb. I couldn’t help but hear all the lawyer ads which mention, “if possible, get video footage and pictures of the scene right away,” so I got my cell phone out and immediately took video footage of the scene to show exactly how it looked as I was walking and how it was possible for this improperly placed curb to have caused this accident. I contacted Farah & Farah a few days later, for their free consultation, talked to one of the legal representatives who asked me to send them the video while I was on the phone with him, he put me on hold for about 3-4 minutes while it was reviewed and they immediately took my case. I’m glad I contacted them because the injuries weren’t just isolated to my left knee. I started developing issues with pain in my lower back, tingling and numbness in both feet and tingling and numbness in both hands and arms. I have endured countless injections and physical therapy in my knee, lower back and neck because of this one fall. I am still going through treatments and consultations and who knows how age will increase these pains and what treatments will await me as I get older. Thankfully I have insurance which has been able to take care of most of the medical costs for now. But still Mario Erico, and his legal assistant Jamie, fought to get me compensated for the pain and suffering that I was experiencing, in the here and now, and the pain that I will be enduring for the rest of my life. I just want to share my experience with Ericka Brenneman has been a true Blessing to me when I got hurt on the job. Constantly in communication with the client. Attorney Catalina Rodriguez and her team go over and beyond for the client. They understand when the pressure get to be overwhelming, and do their best to show you the light at the end of the tunnel is closer than you think.

Would not use. They didn’t keep in touch with me during the process. Found out that my case could have been finished by now but they told me one thing and I found out different information. I haven’t even spoke to my actual lawyer once. I will not recommend this law firm. It’s been 8 months and my car hasn’t even been paid yet.
