Caleb was Impressive! He was so much help! He walked me thru how to send a picture on my phone to his office! He was very kind and patient with me. You see I am a grandma and NOT very techie. He gave the most exceptional customer service! In fact everyone I have spoken with has been very helpful, good communicators and have given excellent information. My only thing I would say needs improvement is the wait times to speak to an associate. It is not unusual to wait 25 minutes or more. Not good. And the reason I don’t leave a message to call me back is that I might be busy and unable to take the call. So, I just wait on hold… that’s when I multi-task - while I am waiting. Overall I am very satisfied with the customer service that I have received! Thank you!

I joined the debt management program with Century Law Firm in November 2020 with a total of 6 creditors. The total amount of open debt I accumulated with those 6 accounts were overwhelming and although I tried my best to pay down as much as I can, I always felt like I was going backwards and constantly felt like I was drowning. I was overwhelmed, stressed and worried. Luckily, I discovered Century Law Firm and took the initial step to getting some help with my financial woes. The creditors would not work directly with me but having Century Law Firm to speak on my behalf brought progress that I could not attain on my own. From the start of the program, the team was there to provide assistance and exceptional service. They continuously kept me posted on the status of each account. They were easy to get a hold of and you always felt like you were in great hands. For those who are buried in debt and feel that there’s no way out, consider enrolling in a debt management program such as the one provided by Century Law Firm. It has brought a sense of relief that I cannot explain. Century Law Firm will take care of you! Highly recommend this company.

I do not recommend this firm.. they seem nice and told they were going to help in my frustration.. took the retainer and pushed to fill paper I had no idea what was for and they never explained me, talked to the lawyer once for 2 mins while he was in the grocery store (I heard the beeping of the cashiers) nothing professional… never got the time to talk about I WANTED TO DO, they got my case almost two and a half months and never got nothing so i decided not to pay attention to them until they left the case… got a new attorney for my case and literally in 3 days my lawyer solved the problem.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM

If I could give him more stars I would love too He is very honest and straight forward promised to bring my son in law home to my daughter and grandkids and he kept his promise …I will forever be grateful to you sir and your firm !!!!He is the man with the plan if you need a good lawyer 🙏

Don't do it. I siged up for a 36-month program, and half way through they want to charge me another $8,000 and extend my program 24-months. Meanwhile my credit is terrible and all the promises and things they said in the beginning of the program are no longer true. If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
