I must confess, by the time I was fortunate enough to speak to Lindsey Sherrill, I was beside myself. I had made many phone calls, going back to January 16, a month and a half ago, and all I had received were promises that someone would get back to me-"very soon." Lindsey understood instantly that my frustration stemmed from an absence of calls for weeks. The day before I was able to speak to Lindsey, I had finally received a call, but it was dinner time in a very loud restaurant, on the night of a pop-up Cirque de Soleil performance. I answered the phone and said, "I cannot hear you because I am in a noisy restaurant, but I will call you back." I called back an hour later, and asked to speak with the person who had called. I was on hold for over 17 minutes before someone ascertained that she had gone home. But the person with whom I was speaking said she was no longer in the office, but that she'd call me at 11:00 the next day. She didn't . The next day I called after 11:00 and was told she was not going to be in the office that day. And then I was transferred to Lindsey Sherrill. She answered every question I had. I now know how much I've paid in, how much has been forgiven, why some settlements have been so paltry, how much I've paid to Century to handle my debt, how many payments I've made, when the amount per month changed, how much (roughly) I still owe, and about how long the process is projected to take. Lindsey was professional, warm, encouraging, and told me that if the monthly payments are too onerous, I can call and make other arrangements. She did maths quickly, and checked her work! She gave me her email address and said I should call with any questions. And I will. I sent her an email yesterday! I was then told that the person I had been scheduled to talk to was now available, but I said, without hesitation: "No, thank you. I only want to speak with Lindsey Sherrill, from now on." She is an amazingly wonderful reflection on everything I was promised when I initially signed on with Century.

As a client of Century Law, I just want to say, they are the best. I especially want to praise Zaidi Walsh. She understood my needs and went above and beyond to help me with my entire process.

Century Law Firm is absolutely recommended. Have dealt with only professional and courteous representatives who take the time to take care of the client. Very impressed with all, especially Erica who answered all my questions and gave me good news on 13 May, 2022! Update: 29 Feb. 2024.... program is completed and graduation day is here! Woot-woot!! Thank you, Ivonne, and all the rest of Century's team for taking us through this journey to financial freedom. Never had a single issue or hiccup in the process. Recommend, recommend, recommend!!!!

So disappointed with this program, which was supposed to end in 48 months. Like with other clients, mine got extended as well. I regret so much signing up for this program but they make it sound so good. Be aware of the fine print and ask many questions. Although they tell you that they'll save you money with creditors, that was not the case with me. I'm in a worse spot than when I started. Ruined my credit for nothing, ugh!

Fields Law is the best. They worked hard on my case and closed everything up efficiently. They were in constant communication, gave clear concise information, and explained anything I didn't understand. Stellar service from Attorneys Latoya and Louis! Annnndddd the pens 🖊 are amazing 👏🏾!

I was very nervous and uneducated about how law suits work. Fields Law definitely made me feel comfortable and kept me in the loop every step of the way. They were informative, honest, and timely.
