There was a mistake made on my husband's Death Certificate. He passed away in Jacksonville, Fl and I live in Savannah, GA. I had been trying for three months to get an amended Death Certificate. Without a DC, you cannot get any survivor benefits, life insurance policies, or stocks. I hired Ian Weldon, two weeks ago and he already got the judge to sign it today, which made my day. My son referred me to Ian Weldon in order to have him assist me to apply for a Green Card. From the initial introductory interview until the successful completion of the process, he was always available to answer queries or give an opinion. I chose to have the application completed, required documents attached and also completed the medical and health-related data prior to submission of the application. Thus a couple of weeks to do that, then submitted on 23 March and biometrics some few weeks later, to the letter of acceptance as a Permanent Resident from Homeland dated 11 June as well as the Green Card were received in the mail on 17 June. I believe one of the quickest return times Ian has achieved. So thanks to his great attention to detail, I am now able to plan my way forward.
