Excellent service and valuable help

It's absolute a scam. Don't sign with them. They promise to pay your debt with "guarantees" even though you will take a hit to your credit, but then they collect more "fees" than you signed up for and don't have enough money to pay your debt and "extend" your program.

I have received excellent customer service each and every time I have talked with Tien Everheart. Both myself and my wife are using Century Law Firm.

The Resolute team is the best around!

Unfortunately my experience with Century law firm was was not a good one. The final payoff was approximately 40% more than what was in the contract. They said they had problems negotiating with 2 of the credit card companies. They are covered in the lengthy contract they had me sign. However don't be surprised if you pay a lot more than what you are told.

I contacted Mike on behalf of a family member now living in Florida, navigating a family law case with some atypical intricacies. Having run a solo practitioner law firm (my husband's) for almost 20 years, I was so impressed with Mike. His analysis was fleshed out, well considered and, very importantly, it was clear that his approach was the type that seeks amicable resolution to the extent possible. Most family law lawyers (and certainly the big firms with tons of young inexperienced associate lawyers drawing salaries) seek escalation and volume litigation. Mike advised against it and offered alternatives that are truly in the best interests of both parties but against his own financial interests. Nothing tells you more about a lawyer. With that said I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and experience and if I had a family law case that couldn't be resolved without litigation, I would retain him without hesitation. Really sharp lawyer and a really good guy.

My husband and I entered the program about two months ago after realizing we would have to work until we died to pay off all of our debt. We are in our 60s, it was a very big decision because I have never not made a payment on time for a gazillion accounts for many years. This is a legitimate company and a relief to find. They have explained how the program works to us in much detail. It does take six to nine months to accumulate enough money in a third party company, RAM, account to have enough money to start to pay the creditors. Century Law firm negotiates with the most aggressive creditor first I was informed. Once they have successfully negotiated with a creditor they will send an email. Also you can call anytime to inquire. You can look at your balances in the RAM account at any time. You can also opt out of the program at any time, lets say you win the lottery.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Duncan and I was so thankful for all the information he provided me for my current custody case. I couldn’t have asked for a better conversation with him and all the useful resources he gave me and advice. Overall he was amazing and kind and very knowledgeable.
