I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Jay Henderlite recently and words honestly can not describe how amazing he and his staff were in assisting me in my legal matters. I had so many things that I felt were against me in my case. We sat down, we discussed everything, we made a plan, and the end result was more than I ever imagined, and now I have my kids back in my life. Jay was a Godsend. I highly recommend him, and if I ever need anything again, I will most definitely be using him again.

Denise is a poor attorney. She really needs to retire. She forgot details of my case although I reminded her right before court (like an hourly before) She waived my right to my ex-husband's retirement even after I asked her not to and told her it could be used as a bargaining tool. She volunteered me to make very long drives to meet my ex-husband on his out of state weekends when we were already operating under an order where he had to drive to Florida and pick my Daughter up (we didnt move he did). I could go on and on and I have another friend that had a very similar experience with her. I asked her to please let Jay run my case and she said yes, the the day of court she showed up and said he was busy.

Do not trust Denise Watson.

Denise is the absolute best. If you’re looking for an attorney with tons of experience that will get the job done then look no further. She’s handled my high conflict divorce like a champ.

I'm very disappointed in Mr. Henderlite. He was quick to take our consultation fee and give us the impression he was going to represent my mother in her divorce, but when we notified him we were going to retain his services he decided he didn't want to represent her. This required us to pay yet another consult fee to another lawyer. MY mother is 82 and on social security. The last thing she needs is lawyers taking advantage of her.

I had the experience of working with Jay Henderlite on two separate occasions, and both times yielded a favorable outcome. Through Jay's compassion, commitment, time, research and investigative work he was able to predict the opposing attorney’s defense. This allowed him to prepare a solid argument and brought justice and relief to my situation. I wholeheartedly recommend Jay for anyone in need of family law service.

Josh was great!

Hired Mr Henderlite to represent me in an injunction I had filed. Mr Henderlite is nice to his clients but too nice in court. He is not aggressive enough presenting your case to a Judge that has a preconceived outcome. I liked Mr Henderlite but would not hire him again.
