I had the pleasure of working with Charles Jimerson’s mother and cousin in my construction maintenance business, Advanta Asphalt in Live Oak, FL. Both, Kim and Bobbie Lou we’re quite talented and a blast to work with. We ran into a snag with a construction group out of Augusta, Georgia that caused us some financial pain. Mr. Jimerson and Mr. Calhoun put every effort into collecting our money from work completed. Mistakes were made on our end that prevented us from litigating and collecting. I do appreciate Mr. Jimerson and Mr. Calhoun’s efforts. At a later time, I attended a training that Mr. Jimerson constructed, and it was quite refreshing to hear all the information about what to avoid in construction management in order to get paid. Mr. Jimerson is quite an authority on construction law and other areas of his profession. Kudos to the Jimerson Birr Group!
