Josef has been extremely helpful and very transparent throughout my case. It's very clear that he cares about me and my situation, which made all the difference in the world when dealing with the emotional stresses of my case. He also understands how foreign the court systems procedures are for someone like me who didn't learn about them and he really has a knack for explaining those things with absolute clarity. Josef is a highly skilled and gifted attorney. He is extremely responsive to phone calls and emails, and he works very hard to get the results we needed without running up unnecessary attorney fees. Josef was able to secure an award of attorneys fees for us and we could not be happier! Josef is so so so nice, friendly, and well-mannered, but aggressive in the courtroom, which is what we needed. Highly recommend!

Josef provided advice and direction on an emergency situation that occurred over a weekend. I had not hired him and although I needed an attorney with a different specialty he not only pointed me to another expert attorney but continued to stay available to help me navigate the legal quagmire. Attorney Joseph does an outstanding job in his duties as an attorney, and he also responds quickly to emails and works fast to getting things done in my case.
