He is kind and compassionate, and it's clear he cares about not only the client but getting the best result without running up attorney's fees. My ex was trying to use autism against me in a custody case. Josef completely picked apart the therapists presentation. Every angle was covered and then destroyed as Josef hammered in nail after nail into the coffin. Although I respect the therapist and think he does good work, it didn’t mean a thing in court with my man Josef in the corner. i provided my point of view and some background information that wasn’t in the files, he did the rest. Direct questioning with intent to prove a specific point. Lots of fun to watch in the courtroom. My confidence did not waiver at all. Hire this man.
