Myself and fiancé hired him because his children’s biological mother is a drug addict and alcoholic who abuses her two young girls. Should be open and shut right? No it’s not. We made the huge mistake of paying Kelly Hampton 3500 deposit to do absolutely nothing. He has faked court dates, he has lead us on over 2 years now while these poor girls suffer and are starved/beaten when they’re at their bio moms. We can’t afford another attourney right now so this has literally ruined our life and theirs. Run away from this guy he is a complete fake

He took $3500.00 from me to file a divorce, a year and half ago & never did anything!!! He's a dishonest crook!!!! Warning he's a scammer!! Don't be fooled!! He never communicated with me. And everything he told me was a lie!!!

Hired Kelly last year for a family law matter. He has done NOTHING he said he would. Has lied about setting up court dates. Even saying that he went to court for me, but no changes in what he supposedly went to court for. Now that I HAVE to go to another attorney, He has gone ghost. Do Not Hire Him!!!!

We hired him for a foreclosure case and a custody case. He would tell us he was filing contempt charges that we found out he never did, he would lie and tell us he was following up with our case, never was. Took our money, agreed to represent us, then never followed up with us about anything pertaining to the foreclosure OR the custody case. We ended up telling him we were going a different direction and asked for our money back. He never responded OR refunded our money. Filing a case against him with the Florida Bar. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!

The lawyer was reassigned to my case. Reason for this because the initial attorney left the city to practice law and handed the case over to Kelly. Kelly only showed up once for a hearing. He did not advise i needed to take a class for court until last minute. Terrible communication and terrible experience.

My previous review of Mr. Hampton should be disregarded. I have asked him for work product he was supposed to have performed and for which he has been paid, has not produced even after me hiring another attorney to force him to produce it. Just lie after lie after lie about when he would bring it to me. Good luck meeting him at his office. It's a p.o. box in a UPS store.

We own a small business in Atlantic Beach, and although we don't need an attorney all the time like a large company might, Mr. Hampton has always taken out calls with whatever questions we had. He took care of our trust and estate planning issues and has always been available when needed. Very pleased with the service and his prices are reasonable.

Kelly has been very consistent and followed up with with everything he told us he would do. Even answered his cell after hours when I called. Reasonable fees and goes beyond what most attorneys I have dealt with handle for a client. Thank you for your platinum service at gold prices. I will most definitely reccommend you to others.

I scheduled a consultation for a family matter, the initial time he spent with me was very informative. Mr. Hampton actually recommended I wait and see if issues would work themselves out. He followed up a month later to see if I needed to retain him. Overall, he was very helpful.

I hired him about 5 months ago and he still has not filed anything on my case. I call the office every week and he is never there. I left numerous messages and my phone calls were never returned. I just fired him !
