Not satisfied your fee is 40% for something on a personal injury case that would have came to him at full benefit without y'all helping and yet you hold the remainder in a trust because you didn't sue for medical bills which are Way Beyond what you settle for leaving another family with one small income to survive it's just ridiculous

I have been tossed around 4:00 to 5:00 case managers and paralegal for the past 5 months I do not get a return phone call and a proper business adequacy ira response from email I leave messages on voicemails I do not get a phone call back until three to four weeks later I am not satisfied with this service.

I can not seem to get a hold of anyone work my case. I have tried email, text, and call. I have only been able to get a hold of someone once and it’s was after calling all day. She was very nice but that means nothing if I can’t get in contact with you. At this point I no longer want to continue this process with M&M.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was referred to them. I was told this is the best company. I should have just gone with my own mind to what I knew. Because it has been literally 9 months and I haven't received ABSOLUTELY NO information on my case. When I tell you I have called and emailed so much I feel like I'm becoming a burden. But its like is it to hard to at least send an reply to an email. I have even gone to the office multiple time and my last visit I was told I can't just show up that I have to have an appointment. But how could I get that when I'm not getting an answer. All I have been asking for the last few months is an update. My time is running out. It's coming up on a year and nothing had been solved. This doesn't make any sense at all.

I have only spoken to my Case Manager 3 times since my accident on April 19. Our last conversation she asked me for insurance info and a police report which was given the 1st time she called me. I was referred to a theorpy physician that you referred and they have all the information on my insurance amd the people at fault insurance and was told they send everything to Morgan and Morgan so I'm confused on why the information was asked for again. This was my 1st accident in my life and I'm 46yrs old. I don't feel like I'm really not informed on my case amd never even met my Lawyer amd when I tried to reach out to him my messages were blocked. I would really like to believe in the motto that Morgan and Morgan has always used "FOR THR PEOPLE"
